Returns & Refunds Policy

At Taddon, customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal. We strive to provide all Tesla owners with the best products and services. Below is our return and refund policy, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in the original packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Custom products may only be returned due to quality issues.

2. Return and Exchange Process

Step 1: Contact Us

  • Email us at support@taddon.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
  • Provide your order number, details of the product you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.

Step 2: Authorization

  • Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and the address for the return shipment.

Step 3: Shipping

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, and include all product documentation.
  • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the item to the provided address. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please follow the return process above. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send out the replacement item.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Damage caused by non-product quality issues
  • Used consumables, such as car air fresheners

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@taddon.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

7. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

8. International Returns

For international returns, please contact support@taddon.com for further instructions. Note that international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

9. Warranty

All our products come with a one-year warranty. If your product is damaged or has quality issues under normal use, we will provide options for return, exchange, or repair. Please refer to our Warranty section for more details.
