We offer shipping from China and from our USA warehouse for certain products. We strive to provide fast, reliable shipping to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time.

We utilize multiple shipping providers, including DHL, 4PX, YunExpress, Huaroute, and Yanwen, to ensure the best shipping efficiency and costs.
Shipping Costs
Regular Size Items
- Order amount less than 100 USD: Shipping cost is 9.9 USD.
- Order amount over 100 USD: Free shipping.
Oversized Items
- Shipping cost is calculated based on the country and shipping method, and each item has a specific shipping fee. The exact fee will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping from China
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-20 business days.
Shipping from the USA Warehouse
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days.
Product Size Classification
- Regular Size Items: Products that meet standard packaging size and weight limits.
- Oversized Items: Products that exceed standard packaging size and weight limits.
Delivery Time and Tracking Information
- North America: 7-20 business days, trackable
- Europe: 9-23 business days, trackable
- Australia: 7-15 business days, trackable
- Other Countries and Regions: 15-35 business days, trackable
This timeframe does not include delays caused by holidays, natural disasters, carriers, etc.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- International Orders: In seldom cases, orders may be charged customs fees by your government, not our site. You will be responsible for the charges. The specific amount is determined by the destination country's regulations.
- Customs Declaration: We will declare the contents and value of the goods truthfully as required by law. If you have any special declaration requests, please notify us when placing your order.
- Customs Clearance Delays: Due to different customs policies in each country, customs clearance times may vary. Any delays in the customs process are beyond our control.
Handling Customs Delays
- Transparency: If there are delays in customs clearance, we will promptly notify customers and provide relevant tracking information and suggestions.
- Support: Our customer service team will assist you in communicating with customs to resolve clearance issues as quickly as possible.
- Alternative Solutions: If insurmountable customs issues arise, we will work with the customer to provide alternative shipping solutions or refunds.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other. Contact your local customs office for more information about customs fees, duties, and taxes.
Order Changes/Cancellation
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@taddon.com.
Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return and exchange policy. Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product has quality issues.
Additional Return Policy Details
- Packages returned to the warehouse due to incorrect shipping information will be given a product refund.
- We are not responsible for any items/packages lost during transit or if they have been tracked as delivered.
Order Processing and Shipping
- Orders will ship out once all itemscan be fulfilled within the purchase. Packages will ship out according to the latest pre-order date unless stated otherwise.
- Orders will ship out within 1 to 2 business daysfrom the in-stock date at the time of purchase. Please note our warehouse is closed on weekends.
- Orders placed during weekends and holidays will start processing the next available business day. Additionally, orders placed after 1:00 AM PST will start processing the next available business day.
- If your purchase is split into multiple packages for shipment, the initial shipment will be sent via the chosen upgraded method if applicable. Subsequent shipments will be sent via standard shipping.
Special Considerations
- If an item is out of stock or unavailable, your order may be delayed until we contact you for further instructions.
- If your order contains one or more pre-order/back-ordered items, the entire order will be held until all items are in stock and can be shipped together. To avoid holding your available "in-stock" items, we suggest ordering pre-order/back-ordered items separately.
